Part 1: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Rahhal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Rahhal development team ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App and all related services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

Rahhal is a travel companion mobile application designed to help users plan, organize, and enhance their travel experiences. The App may include features such as trip planning, location-based recommendations, navigation assistance, and other travel-related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

3.1 General

Rahhal may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase framework via the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans and their pricing are displayed within the App prior to purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency as determined by the App Store. All prices are subject to change; however, any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

Auto-renewal may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your iOS device. To cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Rahhal > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that date.

Please note that deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID account settings as described above.

3.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We do not have the ability to process refunds for App Store transactions.

3.6 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed in the App before you confirm your subscription. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID.

3.7 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. In accordance with Apple's policies, you will be notified of any price increase before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3.8 Apple Terms & Conditions

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms regarding in-app purchases, Apple's terms shall prevail. 4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any related systems or networks
Use any automated system, including bots, scripts, or crawlers, to access or interact with the App
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of the Rahhal development team and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Travel information, recommendations, and navigation data provided through the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for travel decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

9. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Rahhal mobile application and related services. By using Rahhal, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data is handled.

10. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including but not limited to:

Name and contact information
Account credentials
Travel preferences and history
Payment information (processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase framework; we do not store your payment details)

Location Information

With your permission, we collect location information to provide location-based services, including navigation, nearby attractions, and personalized recommendations. You can control location sharing through your device settings at any time.

Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our App, including:

App features used
Search queries and preferences
Device information and identifiers
App performance and crash data

Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium plans, Apple processes your payment. We receive transaction confirmation data from Apple (such as purchase date, product identifier, and subscription status) but we do not receive or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information.

11. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide and improve our travel services
Personalize your experience and recommendations
Process transactions and manage your subscriptions
Send you updates, marketing communications, and other information (with your consent)
Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
Comply with legal obligations

13. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to protect your Apple ID credentials and device access.

14. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Subscription and purchase records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

15. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

Access and receive a copy of your personal information
Correct or update inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal information
Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
Withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your information
Opt-out of marketing communications
Manage your subscription and auto-renewal preferences through your Apple ID settings

16. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate steps to delete such information.

17. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated document on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect your rights, we may also notify you through the App. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
